OUTPOD was founded in 2014 by Carlos Honorato, an economist, PhD in administration and a restless strategist by nature. What began as an executive education center quickly evolved into a strategic intelligence platform focused on businesses that challenge the status quo.
From corporate training to creating future scenarios with AI, our trajectory is marked by reinvention, provocation and delivery. We operate where uncertainty is high, impact is real and the margin for error is zero. In 2023, OUTPOD gave rise to OUTPODIA, a front dedicated exclusively to the integration of artificial intelligence in high-impact decisions.

Who invented this?
OUTPOD emerged from the restlessness of Carlos Honorato, an economist and strategist who never accepted ready-made answers or superficial futurology. In 2014, he decided to break the mold and create something different: a consultancy that doesn't deliver slides, but provokes decisions.
The name OUTPOD came from the fusion of "thinking outside the box" and a strategic "hub"—the pod—where ideas take shape and have an impact. From the beginning, the mission was clear: to help companies think outside the box to act inside, with future scenarios, data intelligence, and strategic action.
